Summary
Ce rapport présente les résultats des essais agronomiques 2020 mis en place dans le cadre du projet
SensasAB, financé par la fondation de Fra,ce et la Fondation Ecotone.
Pour favoriser le développement d’une offre en variétés et plants adaptés à la diversité des contextes et des pratiques en AB, ce projet proposait d’identifier et de caractériser le comportement de variétés populations selon l’environnement de culture. Ceci pour identifier les leviers d’actions et optimiser l’expression de la qualité sensorielle et nutritionnelle des légumes. En 2020, le projet s'est concentré sur la tomate et l'amarante, pour valider/infirmer les observations réalisées en 2019.

This report presents the results of the 2020 agronomic trials set up within the framework of the SensasAB project, funded by the Fra,ce Foundation and the Ecotone Foundation.

To promote the development of a range of varieties and plants adapted to the diversity of contexts and practices in organic farming, this project proposed to identify and characterise the behaviour of population varieties according to the growing environment. The aim was to identify action levers and optimise the expression of the sensory and nutritional quality of vegetables. In 2020, the project focused on tomato and amaranth, in order to validate/infirm the observations made in 2019.
