Summary

Ce dossier, consacré à la sélection végétale en agriculture biologique, est principalement orienté vers la diversité et la qualité des produits, deux éléments particulièrement importants dans ce mode de production. Les travaux présentés sont issus du projet européen Solibam, qui a réuni 23 partenaires venus de 12 pays entre 2010 et 2014 :
- illustration de stratégies développées dans ce projet en termes de création de diversité et de qualité des produits, avec les cas concrets de la tomate et du maïs ;
- présentation de l'implication du Gaec du Pont de l'Arche, l'une des fermes ayant participé au projet Solibam ;
- évaluation de la qualité sensorielle de blé et de brocoli pour la sélection participative, visant à répondre aux principes de l'AB et aux attentes des consommateurs ;
- étude de la complémentarité de différentes approches de recherche, de la station expérimentale à la recherche participative ;
- point de vue des entreprises semencières sur la sélection et la production de semences bio.


Summary translation

This folder, devoted to plant breeding in organic farming, is mainly oriented towards diversity and quality of products, two elements that are particularly important in this production method. The works presented come from the European project Solibam, which brought together 23 partners from 12 countries between 2010 and 2014:
- illustration of strategies developed in this project in terms of creating diversity and quality of products, with concrete examples of the tomato and corn;
- presentation of the involvement of "Gaec Pont de l'Arche", one of the farms that participated in the Solibam project;
- assessment of the sensory quality of wheat and broccoli for participatory breeding, aimed at meeting AB principles and consumer expectations;
- study of the complementarity of different research approaches, from experimental station to participatory research;
- Seed companies' point of view on the selection and production of organic seeds.
