Summary
Alors que la production et la consommation de produits biologiques se développent en Europe, qu'en est-il de la recherche sur ce mode de production ? Ce dossier, résultat d'une étude menée par l'Itab, propose un tour d'horizon sur l'organisation et l'importance de cette recherche. Celle-ci s'organise sous différentes formes : réseaux, plates-formes, appels à projets… L'implication des différents pays a été évaluée à travers l'étude de la base de données Organic E-prints et de la participation des pays aux projets européens. Des focus sont ensuite proposés sur quatre pays particulièrement dynamiques dans ce domaine : le Danemark, l'Allemagne, la Suisse et la Suède. Enfin, les projets européens auxquels l'Itab a participé depuis 2006, au nombre de 9, sont brièvement présentés.

While the production and consumption of organic products is growing in Europe, what about research on this production method? This folder is the result of a study conducted by Itab. The involvement of different countries was assessed through the study of the database Organic E-prints and the participation of countries in European projects. Focuses are then proposed on four particularly dynamic countries in this field: Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden. Finally, the 9 European projects in which Itab has participated since 2006 are briefly presented.
