A 2 year field experiment with 25 accessions of spring wheat is conducted on tow organically managed farms in Trøndelag, Norway to compare varieties (from old to not yet approved) for organic growing and manual processing (bread baking). A field day was arranged on July 18, 2017 to see the experiments, to learn about certification of new varieties and grain quality, and to enjoy bread and waffles made from locally grown organic cereals.
