Lietuvos pieno ūkyje vyrauja smulkūs ir vidutiniai pieno gamintojai. Viena iš priemonių, galinčių pagerinti jų veiklos sąlygas ir rezultatus, yra kooperacija. Straipsnio tikslas – išanalizavus ekologiško pieno gamybos kooperatyvo narių vertinimus dėl kooperatyvo veiklos, pateikti rekomendacijas, kokia linkme turėtų vystytis ekologinės gamybos specializacijos kooperatyvai. Anketinė apklausa parodė, kad respondentai teigiamai vertina kooperatyvo veiklą, o kooperatyvo prestižas visiems jo nariams yra ypač svarbus. Investicijos ir finansinis kooperatyvo patikimumas vertinami kaip svarbūs veiksniai sėkmingai plėtoti ekologinę gamybą. Nemaža dalis respondentų pageidautų iš kooperatyvo platesnio spektro paslaugų, ypač padėti apsirūpinti pigesniais ištekliais.


Summary translation

The Lithuanian dairy sector is dominated by small and medium-sized milk producers. Cooperation is one of the means that could improve conditions and results of their activity. The purpose of the paper is to analyse the opinion of members of organic dairy cooperative on its performance and to propose recommendations for the development of organic cooperatives. A questionnaire-based survey shows that the respondents positively evaluate cooperative performance, and the prestige of the cooperative is very important to all members. Investments and financial stability of the cooperative are important factors for the successful development of organic production. A significant share of the respondents would prefer a broader range of services provided by the cooperative.
