Summary
A sikeres ökológiai gyümölcstermesztéshez elengedhetetlen a megfelelő fajtaválasztás, hiszen az ökológiai termesztés többek között a növények erős immunrendszerén és jó alkalmazkodóképességén alapszik. A betegségekre való rezisztencia tovább segíti a kijuttatott növényvédő szerek mennyiségének csökkenését. Rezisztens fajták már léteznek a magyar piacon, de szükségessé vált egy olyan átfogó kiadvány készítése, mely összefoglalja és gyakorlati megközelítésben ismerteti a különböző rezisztenciákkal rendelkező fajtákat.
Ebben a kiadványban almatermésű fajok (alma, körte, birs, naspolya és ázsiai körte) biotikus és abiotikus stresszel szemben valamilyen módon ellenálló fajtáiról olvashat. Olyan termesztőknek szól ez a gyűjtemény, akik minél kevesebb növényvédőszer felhasználásával igyekeznek minőségi gyümölcsöt termeszteni.
Summary translation
For the successful ecological fruit production is necessary to choose the suitable species because the organic agriculture is based on the plants' strong immune system and on their good flexibility. The resistance also helps to reduce the amount of the necessary pesticides. Resistant species are available already in the Hungarian market but it was necessary to publish a comprehensive brochure which summarizes and rewievs the varieties have different resistances against plant diseases. In this book you can find pome fruits (apple, pear, quince, medlar and Asian pear) which have resistance against biotic and abiotic stress. This book is meant for growers who would like to produce high quality fruits while using the lowest amount of pesticides possible.
