Presentation on the concept of open archives within the field of environmental research (and related areas such as agriculture, forestry and veterinary medicine ...). The presentation concerns open archives in general but relates to thes issue of public acces in accordance with the theme in the seminar - the UNECE Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters (Aarhus Convention) <http://www.unece.org/env/pp/treatytext.htm>).
