Summary
The concept of Bionet comprises different education and consulting activities. The first step is the adaptation and evaluation of national and international scientific results in respect to regional Austrian site conditions. This will be achieved by cultivation trials consolidated in a nationwide farm network. Interested producers will have the oppor-tunity to obtain the newest organic results relevant for their growing sides. The aim of the project is an efficient transfer of practice-oriented know-how by means of work-shops, meetings, hand-outs and via internet: www.bio-net.at.
