Summary in the original language of the document
The results of a survey of care farms for drug addicted clients in Germany are presented. A special focus was put on the question weather such social farms are able to integrate nature and landscape measures into their work.
Care farms integrating drug addicted people support the society. On the one hand working on a farm can provide new items and support therapy for these clients. This can be helpful for their reintegration into society. On the other hand care farms are able to contribute to preservation of rural landscapes and to nature conservation.
