Experimentation based on 2 flocks of 50 ewes (limousine breed), one on organic farming, the other on conventional farming; 14ha of permanent grassland are used, 6ha on conventional and 8 ha on organic.
Same lambing date (end April). Measurements made only on males, fattened only with grass or only with concentrates.
