Summary in the original language of the document
Summary translation
The aim of this study was to evaluate the beneficial effect of biotization on plant protection against root disease and to improve yield of strawberry in field conditions. Three micro-organisms (a non-pathogenic strain of Fusarium oxysporum Fo47, a strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens (A6) and the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Glomus intraradices) were introduced in binary combinations into the weaning peat substrate. Four weeks after acclimatization, the plants were transplanted in four fields. Microbial analysis showed that both Fo47 and P.f. A6 established well in these four natural soils. There was no negative interaction of the co-inoculation. A tendancy of increased yield was observed in biotized plants, especially in one field known to present soil sickness.
