Summary
I projektet PEAS&LOVE analysere 200+ accessioner af ærter fra Nordisk Genbanks ressource center for deres potentiale i dyrkningen af fremtidige sorter til fødevarer.
I projektet analyseres 43 udvalgte sorter af ærter i smag og udseende gennem sensorisk analyse. Resultaterne af denne analyse er udarbejdet af Pure Dansk og Københavns Universitet.
6 af de udvalgte ærtesorter er smagt af to omgange uafhængigt af hinanden for at teste variationen i dyrkningsår.
Ærterne blev scoret på ni forskellige parametre og opdelt i fire kategorier baseret på udseendet.
Summary translation
In the project PEAS&LOVE, 200+ accessions of peas from the Nordic Genbank resource center are analyzed for their potential in the cultivation of future varieties for food.
In the project, 43 selected varieties of peas are analyzed in taste and appearance through sensory analysis. The results of this analysis are summarized by Pure Dansk and the University of Copenhagen.
6 of the selected pea varieties are tasted twice independently of each other to test the variation in growing years.
The peas were scored on nine different parameters and divided into four categories based on appearance.
