Summary
ProSpecieRara-Tafeläpfel haben sich als wertvolle Bereicherung im Früchtesortiment von Coop etabliert. Die Sorten haben eine kulturelle Bedeutung und bereichern mit ihrem Geschmack das restliche Apfelsortiment. Die Äpfel stammen jedoch grösstenteils aus Integrierter Produktion (IP), in welcher auch rückstandsverursachende Pflanzenschutzmittel (PSM) zum Einsatz kommen – insbesondere zur Verbesserung der Lagerfähigkeit. Daher können Rückstände in den Äpfeln nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Um die Qualität des ProSpecieRara-Apfelsortiments weiter zu steigern, wurde im Rahmen dieses Projekts untersucht, inwieweit auf solche PSM verzichtet oder sie durch rückstandsfreie Alternativen ersetzt werden können.
