Summary
Le black-rot, causé par le champignon Guignardia bidwellii, est une maladie cryptogamique originaire d’Amérique du Nord arrivée en Suisse d’abord dans le vignoble tessinois où la pression est extrêmement forte. Auparavant considérée comme secondaire comparée au mildiou et à l’oïdium, cette maladie s’est progressivement répandue en Suisse romande avec une recrudescence notamment sur cépages résistants après la saison 2021 très humide. L’absence de produits de protection homologué en bio et la virulence du black-rot soulignent la nécessité d’évaluer et d’adapter la protection ainsi que les pratiques culturales pour limiter son impact.
