Summary
Les pâturages riches en diversité d'espèces végétales entraînent des niveaux plus élevés d’oméga 3 dans la viande. Les herbes ne fournissent pas plus d’oméga 3; en revanche, certaines substances qu’elles contiennent protègent les acides gras oméga 3 contre la perte par saturation dans le rumen.
