In the field trial conducted under conditions of organic farming from 2018-2024, the effect of liquid and solid digestates from agricultural or commercial biogas plants in comparison to mineral N fertilizer and liquid manure on crop production, nitrogen use and soil quality were investigated. Biochar amendment of selected fertilizers was included as an additional factor.
