Bio Suisse soutient depuis 2022 la recherche liée à la lutte contre le souchet comestible. L’objectif du projet est d’optimiser la technique de la jachère noire pluriannuelle afin de combattre le souchet comestible sans herbicides sur des surfaces fortement infestées.
