La production alimentaire se trouve face à un défi: mieux valoriser les déchets tout en exploitant efficacement les surfaces cultivées, qui sont limitées. Le projet «Porc aux légumes» (en allemand «Gemüseschwein») étudie l’effet des déchets provenant de la préparation de fruits et de légumes en tant que substitut aux aliments des porcs à l’engrais.
