En production biologique, le mildiou de la pomme de terre est principalement combattu avec du cuivre. Sur son exploitation située à Unterstammheim, l’agriculture Daniel Hangartner a testé deux méthodes de lutte alternatives avec des quantités réduites de cuivre dans le cadre du projet du FiBL Farmer Science. Les résultats sont prometteurs.
