Summary in the original language of the document

A three-factor field experience in the period 2014-2017 was conducted on a certified field for organic farming at Field Crops Institute, Chirpan (Bulgaria).
The purpose of the study is to be evaluated the influence of variety, predecessor and organic fertilizer on the 1000 grains mass, the hectolitre mass and the protein content for triticale.
The degrees of the tested factors were arranged perpendicularly in four replications. Three Bulgarian varieties of triticale were tested − Colorit, Boomerang
and Respect after two predecessors − sunflower and durum wheat. A certified organic fertilizer from red Californian
worm was applied at range of 1400 and 1750 kg/ha.
Based on the studied factors, their impact was assessed and effects on test weight, 1000 grain mass and protein content. The variety had a significant effect on allquality indicators and the greatest is on protein content. The fertilization affected the 1000 grains mass and the test weight, and the predecessor only the 1000 grains
mass.
A low effect was found of variety and predecessor on 1000 grains mass. They were identified positive correlation
between 1000 grain mass and protein for both predecessors and negative between protein content and test weight after
predecessor of sunflower.
A linear regression graphs were build, describing mathematical dependencies between a correlating indicators after the two predecessors.
