Für die Flächen- als auch Mietenkompostierung existiert eine breite Wissensbasis. Dennoch bedarf es Anstrengungen, die Prozesse auf die betrieblichen Strukturen und Erfordernisse anzupassen. Dieser Optimierungsprozess wird im Workshop anhand von 4 Fallbeispielen ausgearbeitet werden.
