Summary translation

What problem does the tool address?:Spelt is considered to be very robust and adaptable and has specific quality and taste characteristics. With its rustic and typical ear shape, the usually longer stalk and intense color when ripe, spelt fields stand out and are a welcome change in the landscape. Despite its reputation as an undemanding culture, some things should be considered when cultivating and choosing field locations and varieties.
What solution does the tool offer?:This is why this brochure was created, to appreciate this special grain and to see whats new, but also to appreciate whats already there.
