2. Quels sont les facteurs de différenciation les plus discriminants et les paramètres susceptibles, de décrire les différences obtenues entre produits ?
3. Comment faire le lien entre système de production et produits d’une manière qui parle aux consommateurs de manière à leur permettre d’apprécier les différences ainsi induites ?
4. Quelles conséquences tirer de ces capacités de différenciation pour améliorer l’équipement des filières biologiques en Région wallonne et proposer des façons
originales, partagées, reproductibles et transmissibles de produire et de consommer de la viande bovine.

How can the link between production system and products be made in a way that speaks to consumers, enabling them to appreciate the differences thus induced?
