Summary
The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the kinetics of Salmonella and Campylobacter contamination’s in Dutch conventional and organic broiler farms in relation to farm management. Due to the outbreak of Avian Influenza at the beginning of March we weren’t able to finish our sampling period, and through that, our study. Therefor we wrote a detailed report for further investigation for students who can continue whit this research
