La plateforme expérimentale maraîchage bio de production de légumes, visant à répondre aux principaux enjeux actuels de ce secteur: allier fertilité du sol, réduction. des intrants, résilience des cultures et rentabilité, tout en limitant les impacts climatiques et environnementaux (voir Itinéraires bio 60). Un des systèmes de culture étudié depuis trois ans porte sur la fertilisation des cultures par des apports de luzerne fraiche. Un premier retour d'expérience est présenté ci-après.
