Summary
Projekti eesmärk oli uurida võimalusi puutuha ja biosöe kasutamiseks mahetootmises mullaparandaja ja väetisena põllukultuuride kasvatuses. Katsetati biosöe suurte ja väikeste ning tuha väikeste kogustega. Neid kasutati ka kombinatsioonis muude väetusainetega. Uuriti nii pikaajalist kui ka lühiajalisemat mõju teraviljadele ja õlikultuuridele. Põllukultuuride saagikusele ja saagi kvaliteedile katsetes kasutatud biosöe ja puutuha erinevatel kogustel usutavat mõju ei leitud.
Summary translation
The aim of the project was to investigate the possibilities of using wood ash and biochar in organic production as a soil conditioner and fertiliser for crops. Experiments were carried out with large and small amounts of biochar and small amounts of ash. They were also used in combination with other fertilisers. Both long-term and shorter-term effects on cereals and oilseed crops were investigated. No plausible effects were found on crop yield and crop quality with different amounts of biochar and wood ash used in the experiments.
