Summary
An important part of the i2connect project is analysing different types of innovation processes. In this video, Lies Debruyne from ILVO Belgium and Francisca Viveiros from CONSULAI Portugal show how to analyse a practical case using a tool called the Spiral of Innovation (Spiral of Initiatives). They are analyzing an Operational Group of fruit growers called ArboNovateurs. The purpose of such an analysis is to find key factors of success in an innovation process, to discover patterns in what functions well, and to identify the challenges.
