Dans le cadre de la campagne virtuelle Biomonchoix de l'APAQ-W, nous avons réalisé une vidéo de présentation de la plateforme grandes cultures en agriculture biologique, visant à maintenir une rentabilité suffisante sans élevage et en se privant des cultures légumières. Deux systèmes de culture ont été définis.
