Bio-Himbeeren erfreuen sich einer zunehmenden Beliebtheit. In den letzten Jahren wurde daher die Anbaufläche mit Bio-Himbeeren stetig ausgebaut. Der terminierte Anbau mit sogenannten Long-Canes-Pflanzen ist eine attraktive Möglichkeit, die Angebotsperiode noch weiter auszubauen.
