Summary
Der biologische Rebbau hat in den letzten Jahren stark an Bedeutung gewonnen: Produzierten vor fünf Jahren erst etwa vier Prozent der Schweizer Rebbaubetriebe nach den Biorichtlinien, so sind es heute mehr als zwölf Prozent.
