A partir du recensement agricole, une typologie des exploitations agricoles en transitions est proposée selon la présence ou l’absence du label de l’agriculture biologique, la présence ou l’absence de circuit court et la part du chiffre d’affaires réalisée en circuit court. Leur caractérisation en termes d’orientations technico-économiques, de dimension économique et de profils des exploitants s’accompagne de cartographies qui interrogent leur contribution à l’emploi agricole.

Based on an agriculture census, a typology of farms in transition is proposed according to the presence or absence of an organic agriculture label, the presence or absence of direct selling channels, and the percentage of profits from these channels.
