It presents an overview of the organic farming sector, nationally and on a global level, explaining what organic agriculture is about, how it has developed over time, important organisations such as IFOAM, and possibly of interest for other researchers, a timeline over years describing what I believe qualifies as the most important milestones for organic agriculture in Norway in each year (slide 31 of 56).
