Summary
Körnerleguminosen sind wichtige Glieder in Biofruchtfolgen. Obwohl sie Hauptkulturen sind, steuern sie einen guten Teil zum Stickstoffhaushalt der Fruchtfolge bei und zählen als humusaufbauende Früchte. Ihr Wert ist viel höher als der Erlös aus der Ernte.
