Summary
Die muttergebundene Aufzucht und Mast der Kälber wird auf dem biodynamischen Milchbetrieb der Familie Huber so organisiert, dass die Kälber den halben Tag bei den Kühen sind, auf der Weide oder im Winter im Laufhof. In der Nacht sind die Kälber separat im Kälberstall untergebracht. Die Kühe werden am Morgen gemolken und nur bei Bedarf auch am Abend.
