Les animaux Bourgeon doivent être affouragés de manière à respecter l’espèce et si possible entièrement avec des aliments Bourgeon. L’objectif «affouragement 100 % bio» est atteint pour les ruminants, les chevaux et les lapins. Les porcs et les volailles peuvent encore être affouragés avec des aliments conventionnels à hauteur de 5 %, pour autant qu’il s’agisse de protéines. La part de fourrages Bourgeon étran-gers sera réduite chez les ruminants.
