Farm studies

Agreements have been drawn up with private organic farmers who make their farms available for research in relation to different projects. At these farms systematic monitoring of the course of production is undertaken. This monitoring and the collaboration of the farmers provide in-depth information about the individual farms, including their management strategies. In this way a sound basis is acquired for analysing and interpreting farm results in relation to different management strategies, this providing a solid foundation for the further development of organic production.
