Dans la liste variétale pour le maraîchage biologique sont publiés les recommandations variétales pour les cultures professionnelles. Le classement des espèces et des sous-groupes dans un des trois niveaux de disponibilité des semences bio est contraignant pour les exploitations Bio Suisse. La liste est actualisée deux fois par an, début novembre et début février.
