Summary
Höfe, die soziale Dienstleistungen in ihr landwirtschaftliches Konzept integrieren, stehen vor der Herausforderung, nicht nur die Qualität der landwirtschaftlichen Produktion, sondern auch die Qualität der sozialen Arbeit sicherzustellen. PROFARM entwickelt ein zukünftiges Berufsprofil des Case Managers, der Menschen mit Behinderungen in landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben begleitet. Interviews mit drei Experten aus der Sozialen Landwirtschaft, die mit diesem Konzept vertraut sind, bestätigen den Bedarf des Case Managements und dessen Sinnhaftigkeit. Der zukünftige Case Manager muss die Qualität der sozialen Landwirtschaft sicherstellen.
Summary translation
Farms integrating social services into their farm concept face the challenge to ensure not only the quality of agricultural production, but also the quality of social work. PROFARM is developing a future professional profile of the Case Manager, which accompanies people with disabilities on farms. Interviews with three experts from social farming who are familiar with this concept confirm the need for Case management as well as its importance. Future Case Manager shall ensure the quality of social farming.
