Summary
Dieser Workshop fokussiert den Mehrwert der Sozialen Landwirtschaft. Soziale Landwirtschaft verbindet landwirtschaftliche Erzeugung mit sozialen und pädagogischen Zielen. Welche Perspektiven insbesondere für Biobetriebe gibt es, wo bestehen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsbedarfe? Basierend auf den Ergebnissen zweier Projekte werden die Teilnehmer im Rahmen eines Worldcafés wichtige Aspekte identifizieren. Landwirte der "operativen Gruppe" des EIP-Projekts "Soziale Landwirttschaft in Essen werden dabei als Gastgeber fungieren.
Summary translation
This workshop shall focus on the added value of social farming. Social farming combines agricultural production with social and pedagogical aims. What are the perspectives for organic farms, which demands for research and improvement do exist? Based on results of two projects the participants will identify crucial aspects using the world café as a method. Farmers of the “operational group” of one of the projects will serve as fascilitators.
