Summary
Im Bereich 100% Bio-Fütterung von Monogastriern sind noch viele Fragen offen. In den letzten Jahren sind verstärkt Forschung und Praxis im Ökolandbau gemeinsam aktiv. Das Ziel ist es, praxistaugliche und betriebsangepasste Lösungskonzepte für eine 100% Bio-Fütterung zu entwickeln, umzusetzen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Der geplante Workshop bezieht Praktiker, Berater und Wissenschaftler aus verschiedenen Forschungsprojekten ein. So gibt er für die Tagungsteilnehmer*innen Einblicke in die derzeitigen Aktivitäten sowie in erste Ergebnisse und Fazits. Vor allem bietet er allen Akteuren einen Raum für den Austausch. Kernziel des Workshops ist daher das Co-Learning, sodass alle Akteure mit neuen Ideen, Anregungen und Netzwerken den Workshop verlassen, die ggf. auch über den Workshop hinaus weiterentwickelt werden.

There are many unanswered questions in 100% organic feeding of monogastric livestocks. In recent years, research and practice in organic farming have become increasingly active together. Practical and operationally adapted solution concepts are to be developed, implemented and continuously improved.
The planned workshop will involve practitioners, consultants and scientists from various research projects. Fort he conference attendees it provides insights into current activities as well as initial results and conclusions. Above all it offers a space for exchange between all actors. The objective of the workshop is a co-learning so that all actors leave the workshop with new ideas, suggestions and networks which may also be developed further beyond the workshop.
