Summary
Innovatives Denken verlangt innovative Ansätze – auch im Forschungsdesign. Multi-Stakeholder-Forschungskonsortien bergen einen großen Schatz an Perspektiven und Denkanstößen, die Innovation befeuern können. Aber wie bringe ich das Schwarmwissen zum Vorschein? Wie lässt sich die Gruppenkompetenz für eine gemeinsame Zielführung am besten nutzen und entfalten? Wie können Jungwissenschaftler darauf vorbereitet werden? Das wollen wir im Rahmen des Workshops gemeinsam diskutieren
Summary translation
Scientific research within multi-stakeholder-settings hold huge opportunities for innovation processes for organic agriculture and the organic sector. However, to be able to grind the valuable and diverse body of experience from such varied groups, (young) researchers must be equipped with appropriate methodology, social and communicational skills. By displaying participants’ experiences in this field, the workshop aims at highlighting the needs and challenges of multi-stakeholder-settings, and at identifying relevant fields of expertise and training for students and young scientists.
