It contains information on the plants, their needs and on how they should be cultivated. It also shows how to protect the field peas from weed, diseases and pests. In addition, some information about profitability and possible uses are provided.
This leaflet was made for farmers that want to begin cultivating organic field peas, but it might also be of use to conventional farmers. The information about economic aspects is specific to Switzerland.
