Summary
Indslag fra TV SYD hvor kvier af de gamle racer Jysk Kvæg og Rød Dansk Malkerace flyttes til økologiske besætninger. Formålet med at flytte dyrene er at undersøge, om mælken fra de gamle racer adskiller sig fra mælken fra moderne malkekøer.
