Summary
A konvencionális mellett egyre nagyobb teret nyer az ökológiai gazdálkodásból származó szója iránti igény. A svájci FiBL (Forschungsinstitute für biologischen Landbau) ,,Bio Suisse Soy from Europe" projektjét Magyarországon 2014 óta az ÖMKi koordinálja. Minden évben 4-5 kísérleti helyszínen, 5-6 szójafajtával zajlanak a kísérletek, s több szántóföldi szakmai nap is megrendezésre kerül, így 2016-ban is.
Summary translation
Beside the conventional soybean cultivation the organic soy product is also gaining ground nowadays. The Swiss FiBL (Forschungsinstitute für biologischen Landbau) has a project called "Bio Suisse Soy from Europe" coordinated by the Hungarian Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (ÖMKi) in Hungary. The production trials taking places in 4-5 locations with 5-6 soy species in every year. Furthermore ÖMKi organizes arable workshop days several times in Hungary so in this year as well.
