Summary in the original language of the document

The aim of the OrganicDairyHealth project is to improve health and welfare in organic dairy cows. In this video, Anna Wallenbeck from Sweden, Ute Knierim from Germany and Jan Tind Sørensen from Denmark explain how they combine breeding and management measures to achieve this goal. They focus on measures feasible for breeding and management, and combine improved farm management with long-term genetic improvements. A special emphasis is placed on udder and metabolic health. This video was produced at the second project meeting held at the end of February 2016 at the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL in Frick.
