Der europäische Aktionsplan für Biolandbau und -Lebensmittel spricht die Notwendigkeit besserer Marktdaten zum biologischen Landbau an. Empfehlungen, wie die Sammlung und Aufbereitung solcher Daten optimiert werden kann, sind jetzt EU-Projekt EISFOM veröffentlicht worden. EISFOM ist die Abkürzung für “European Information System for Organic Markets“ – Europäisches Informationssystem für Bio-Märkte.”
