Summary
A kiadvány általánosságban összefoglalja a méhészet gyakorlati feladatait életszerű, „méhész” megfogalmazásban. A konvencionális és bio méhészkedés szakmai tennivalói között nagy az átfedés, ugyanakkor a két rendszer közötti különbségekre, az ökológiai minősítésből adódó egyedi eltérések megismeréséhez kíván ez a füzet segítséget nyújtani.
Summary translation
This brochure summarizes generally the practical tasks in beekeeping in a realistic, ,,apiarist" phrasing. There is a big overlap between the professional tasks in a conventional and in an organic apiculture however, this publication would like to highlight the differences between the two systems and the differences resulted in the requirements of organic certification.
