Der Biomilchmarkt vermag den negativen Signalen aus Deutschland und vom konventionellen Schweizer Markt auf hohem Niveau zu trotzen. Die neu vorgeschriebene 100-Prozent-Biofütterung dürfte sich zusätzlich stabilisierend auswirken. Die Aufhebung der Kontingentierung hat der Biomarkt mehrere Jahre geübt und scheint nur noch Formsache zu sein – was den Kopf frei macht, um weitere Preise zu gewinnen.
