O objetivo do presente trabalho foi verificar a viabilidade econômica do consórcio das hortaliças alface e cenoura. Os dados analisados foram obtidos em experimento realizado numa propriedade rural localizada na região da Bacia do Alto Pacuí, Montes Claros – MG. Utilizou-se o delineamento em blocos casualizados, com três repetições. Os tratamentos consistiram de: alface solteira e em consórcio com manjericão e hortelã, cenoura solteira e consorciada com manjericão e hortelã, e consórcio alface e cenoura. Os indicadores econômicos utilizados foram: uso eficiente da terra, renda bruta, renda líquida, vantagem monetária, vantagem monetária corrigida, taxa de retorno e índice de lucratividade. O índice de uso da terra foi em torno de 2,95, demonstrando a viabilidade do consórcio entre cultivares sobre o monocultivo.
Summary translation
The objective this work was to evaluate the behavior of the exploration of the vegetables lettuce and carrot. The analyzed data had been deriving of the experiment carried through in a property located in the region of the Basin of the Alto Pacuí, Montes Claros, Minas Gerais State, Brazil, distributed in randomized blocks, with three repetitions. Where the evaluated treatments: combination of lettuce with carrot, basil and mint; and combination of carrot with lettuce, basil and mint. Agroeconomic indicators were used to evaluate the efficiency of the systems such as the appropriate use of the land gross and net revenue, monetary advantage, corrected monetary advantage, rate of return and profit margin were used to evaluated the efficiency of intercropping systems. The land equivalent ratio was 2,95, showing agroeconomic efficiency.
