Summary
A tájfajták genetikai változatosságuk és alkalmazkodóképességük révén rendkívül értékesek, ugyanakkor az intenzív ipari termelés követelményeinek legtöbbször nem felelnek meg, így mára jobbára kiszorultak a termesztésből, génbankok őrzik a szaporítóanyagaikat. A hazai agro-biodiverzitás fennmaradása szempontjából azonban fontos lenne in vivo, azaz termesztési körülmények közötti megőrzésük is. Továbbá előnyös tulajdonságaik (ellenálló képességük, gazdag ízviláguk, jó beltartalmi értékeik) miatt feltételezhető, hogy egyes tájfajták jól megállnák a helyüket a hazai ökológiai termesztésben.
Summary translation
The landraces are very valuable because of their genetic diversity and adaptabillity, at the same time they do not meet the requirements of intensive industrial production, so by now they disappeared from cultivation, seed banks preserve their mother spawn. However, from national agro-biodiversity point of view it would be important to have them in natural conditions . Furthermore their advantageous features (their ability to resist, richness of flavours, good biological values) allow us to presume that some landraces sustain well their position in the domestic arganic cultivation by their accomplishment .
